The 24 sqm (258 sq. ft.) living/working hybrid studio apartment designed by concrete features stylish door panels that hides the sleeping loft with a kingsize bed and a retractable staircase that closes when not in use.
Storage under the loft provides efficient use of space. The dining area can be used for business meetings as well as entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher and fridge hidden behind white cabinet doors.
