This historic Spanish style home in Coral Gables, Florida has been completely remodelled with original elements preserved in the new design.
Calimia Home transformed the house into a bright, airy, and modern space while keeping many of its original details such as the arches and oak floors.
The exterior was updated with a creamy white, dark door and striped awnings to mirror the inside aesthetic.
