This cleverly designed attic apartment located in the old fishermen village of Camogli near Genoa, Italy makes good use of every inch of its small space.

The 377 sq ft apartment designed by Gosplan has two bedrooms, a studio, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Its layout allows storage closets to be built into walls, and the reading area can become a second bedroom when you open a hatch to reveal an extra bed.

When not in use, the kitchen stove can be closed and it becomes an uncluttered countertop.
