Paris Hilton has splashed out a staggering $63 million for Mark Wahlberg’s former French-style chateau in Beverly Hills, California.
The palatial French-style mansion, nestled in the ultra-exclusive gated enclave of North Beverly Park, spans 6.2 acres and offers over 30,000 square feet of opulent living space.
Originally built by Wahlberg and his wife in 2009, the home was custom-designed by the renowned Landry Design Group. The estate is a masterful interpretation of a classic French country estate, fusing timeless elegance with modern-day amenities.

Upon entering the main residence, guests are greeted by a double-height foyer featuring a dramatic dual staircase with intricate wrought iron balustrades. French doors and elegant coffered ceilings throughout the home create an atmosphere of refined sophistication. The massive home also features a state-of-the-art theater, a professional gym and a sophisticated wine cellar.
The outdoor amenities are equally impressive. A wide loggia opens onto an impeccably manicured lawn. The sprawling backyard is complete with a freeform pool, a waterfall and a cabana. There is also a tennis court and a mini golf course. An expansive gated motor court and a five-car garage ensure ample space for guests.
It will be an easy move for the family, as the new property is conveniently located right next to the Tuscan-style mansion Paris and her husband Carter Reum had been renting. With more than double the space and acreage, this new abode is a significant upgrade for the couple and their young children.
Hilton reportedly closed on the estate in June 2025, and was represented by her brother Barron Hilton in the transaction.
