Modern Custom Home With Central Atrium And Interior Bamboo Garden

Aldo House is a minimalist family home in Ontario, Canada designed by Prototype Design Lab. An atrium runs the full-length of the house with a long skylight.

A suspended, sculptural stair at the centre of the house runs parallel to an interior bamboo garden. Various materials used hint at its interior function – cumaru wood planks; white quartz stone; and custom, diamond-shaped corten steel panels.
