The Collector’s Loft, located in Greenwich Village in Manhattan, New York is a gallery and apartment loft all in one. The gently flowing curved walls create hybrid zones where the living areas and exhibition areas meet. The exhibition walls also blend gently with the library shelves. Designed by UNStudio, the architect used floor to ceiling glass panels to frame the compelling views of Manhattan. This loft design unifies art and city living, creating the ultimate modern interior space.
The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in the heart of Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada is a fairytale-like mountain paradise styled after a Scottish Baronial Castle.

The Puri Angsa is a beautiful tropical home situated in Seminyak on the west coast of Bali, Indonesia. With the help of architect Robert Weir of Weir Phillips Architects, the owner renovated the old villa and updated it with modern amenities. The property has a main house, a separate house and a pavilion which are organized to form a satellite village. The main house is a two hundred year old traditional Sumatran structure full of beautiful Indonesian artifacts. Ceiling fans and mosquito nets in the bedrooms provide a Bali-esque touch. The swimming pool and beautifully landscaped grounds complete this tropical paradise. The Puri Angsa is available for rent as a vacation villa.
The Dolomites House in the Dolomite mountains in the Italian Alps at the border between Italy and Austria was remodelled by JM Architecture. Everything has been custom designed, from the kitchen to the see-though-the outside gas fireplace. The bright and open concept of the house is enhanced by custom built maple wood floor. The large glass sliding doors create interaction between indoor and outdoor. In the garden, tall wood walls and ipe wood deck surround the house. The sunbathing platform with a Jacuzzi completes this contemporary Alpine home.
Interior designer Roseann Repetti of West Chin Architect (WCA) turned a small New York City apartment into a modern and fashionable part-time residence for her client. The blue glass windows of the original apartment fit nicely with the new modern design. By using neutral carpets and fabrics to balance the deep blue colour of the windows, the apartment is given a modern twist. The streamlined look of the apartment creates an open living space that is both practical and inviting.

The Hotel Indigo Shanghai on the Bund in China features elegant and eclectic interior design by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The design is about connecting the hotel to its surrounding environment — one that is anchored by the Huangpu River and its influence on commerce. It is also where the old and the new converge. The contemporary rooms are decorated with antique furniture inspired by historic Shanghai. The traditional details and contemporary elements are perfectly balanced, respecting history without being overwhelmed by it.
