Carlton Landing is a walkable master plan resort community tucked away off the beaten path on Lake Eufaula in Oklahoma. The project was designed by Andrés Duany of the world-renowned Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, who was responsible for the first authentic New Town community of Seaside, and its sister projects of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in Florida.
The architectural theme of Traditional American Farmhouse is influenced by a variety of the local styles which include Victorian, Arts & Crafts, and Rural Gothic architecture.
This charming community offers a series of neighborhoods with more than 3,000 homes and a town center complete with shops and restaurants. Residents can enjoy entertaining on the balcony with lake views or the downstairs porch facing the Boardwalk.
